Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at 727-922-7327 or visit our store
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Products must be in original, unopened condition

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased on final sale

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Workshop Cancellations

For workshop and party bookings:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled or receive store credit
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
